Make sure this air intake screens are clean. you can take them out to clean them.
when using the machine make sure the exhaust ports are not blocked. Keep the unit up veridical to make sure exhaust port are clear.
If the above does not stop the overheating, call the organization that provided it so you can get a replacement.
