I have been periodically doing PFT to find if my lung capacity has worsened. It shows moderate most of the time. But now and then I get Perfect Okay. I don't know what must be the inference.

I think you're referring to tezspire injections, which are designed for people with asthma. There's nothing I could find that indicates it's appropriate for COPD.
Why would you put your oxygen tubing in a dryer w/a. Towel???
I've never heard of anyone doing this. Oxygen tubing gets stiff and hard with age from the oxygen going through it especially the canela. I just replaced it.
