This is more informational than a question. Since I am now in that "Donut Hole" with my prescriptions, my inhalers are extremely expensive. I have found out that Glaxo Smith Kline has a Patient Assistance Program where they will pay for my Anoro Ellipta if I qualify. I downloaded and submitted the application, which was very easy. I will be traveling from Florida to NC in a few weeks. I have both severe COPD and NTM. As of yet, I don't use oxygen but get extremely out of breath when doing a lot of walking, shopping, exercising, housework, etc.
