How many of you suffer from depression? Did someone point it out to you? How did you talk to your dr about it?

i find if i get stressed or i exert myself a bit to much i have these attacks were i cant catch my breath and i have to use my Ventolin inhaler to stop it but i am breathing such short breaths that i have to keep trying to use it as i cant keep it in i am breathing so fast does any one else have these and is there anything i can do to help them

One side affect of prednisone is shortness of breath. Has anyone ever started on prednisone while they already have SOB? Did your shortness of breath worsen.

Ive had COPD for over 5 years Im on lorazapam and I get so anxious for no reason, especially when I have to go to rehab or shower. Any ideas on how to get thru this, also when I GO TO REHAB i CAN DO THE TREADMILL FOR 20 MINUTES STRAIGHT BUT THEN WHEN i GET HOME IT HARD TO WALK 15 FEET AND IM HUFFING AND PUFFING

I’m realizing that my breathlessness and my fatigue especially my legs could be due to all the anxiousness and anxiety I feel constantly. The only thing that alleviates it is a glass of wine. I know not the solution. What does everyone for for that. Thanks everyone.
