Anyone have slight blue nail beds
Sorry to hear that
Have you talked to the dr
Might be a side effect of meds
Or blood not carrying oxygen to other parts of your body
Slow and steady we go
Currently at a rehab and respiratory theripst seems to feel we should try exercising without oxygen. I find it hard and my o2 drops and heartrate goes to high. Shouldn't we be exercising with out oxgen if our sats decrease on exertion?
Yes. I use 2L us usually but my Dr said when moving around A lot or exercising I should be on three or four seems to keep my oxygen up
Does anyone else have the uncomfortable feeling in the lungs? To me it feels like pressure. It's hard to explain I'm just so uncomfortable it like someone is squeezing me so tight. I don't know if it's possible to get some relief. Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Robin

When I get anxious I go right into bad habit of breathing which lowers the amount of oxygen I am getting. Even just anxious thoughts will as well. I think my COPD has gotten a lot worse in the last year. The anxiety is about real things and the cycle of breathing causes anxiety and then my oxygen is low which causes me to feel more anxiety and is a cycle they see no way out of for me.
