I had to use my Nebulizer during the night. When I got up chest felt a lot of pressure, breathing was quite difficult, I'm wheezing a lot, coughing often but not bringing much up. I used my Advair and Spiriva, then the nebulizer. Every 5 minutes or so I have a coughing spell sometimes I bring up a little mucus. I feel like breathing irritates my upper chest and makes me cough. I'm… read more

Advair

Advair

Not a question just a statment really, why the hell would you take a drug that they only THINK does something and has worse side affects than the illness it is supposed to help.

Does anyone wake up with nausea?

Does anyone wake up with nausea?

I'm on oxygen 24/7, use Advair and Tudoza and Xopenex and do five minutes of exercise almost daily.
I've been waking up with nausea for about a week now and can't figure out why. Any suggestions?

Show of hands...who has always lived in their original birth place?

I am curious to know who is living in their original city/town/rural place of birth and who has moved around lots and now lives in a dryer/moister climate than where they were born. Reason I ask is, I firmly believe that the environment we were born into is the one our body tolerates the best. I was born in the mountains in Germany. Since then I have lived in various environments and currently in one that is totally adverse to mountain… read more

Hi....is anyone taking advair with spiriva and flonase and albuterol and albuterol nebulizer and claritan???

I appreciate this site and helpful information.
Just came back from an appointment with yet again another new PCP. Changed nebulizer meds to just albuterol vs the albuterol with spiriva combo
and wants me to start advair along with flonase (which is same med), spiriva, albuterol inhaler and claritan. Just got word that pulse ox test shows I need oxygen at night. I am thinking of putting off the… read more

Symbicort

Symbicort

I was taking Symbicort and doing well, almost no symptoms. My insurance company no longer included it on their formulary and I was switched to BREO ellipta. Things have bottomed out now and the Bronchitis or whatever is raging. Has this happened to anyone else or am I just a victim of bad timing?
