I've not used Spiriva for over a year but I've been coughing a lot lately, so picked it up today to start on it. I use Salbutamol sporadically but should have it handy when I have a bout of coughing.

This usually happens first thing in the morning when I go to the bathroom. And once it happened all day I went to my therapy barely made it through then I went to the doctors office and my daughter had a nurse come outside and she called an ambulance then it was over and was hospitalized for three days still not a good answer from another doctor that worked in the hospital said maybe it was a light case of pneumonia but I don't think so has this happened to anyone else

When I went to be assessed for oxygen they done a 6 minute walk test then blood test but I didnt need oxygen im in THE UK
I don't have alot of phlegm in my coughing. Just in the morning and late evening

There are times that I get kind of scared and one of those times is when my lungs ache. Once in awhile it'll wake me up at night. Does this every happen to you? Sometimes I feel all alone and scared especially in the middle of the night when this happens. Am I the only one this happens too?
Jael's right: it may seem that your lungs are hurting, but that's not possible. What you're experiencing is muscular, whether from breathing or stress.

After evaluating the other alternatives… radiation ablation, continued drug therapy, or do nothing… I’m leaning toward getting it removed
The Endocrine surgeon is the best in the Region… it’s all she does… Her evaluation, in addition to two years of trying to gain remission via drugs, has got me considering it while I’m in probably as good of shape as I ever will be…
BTW, knock on wood, I’ve never had surgery, with a stay at least overnight, in my whole 70 years!
