I don't know what it means, but pulmonary told me I was in stage 4 and if I don't quit smoking and use a c pap at night that I would die in 6 months. Well they gave me a trilogy machine and it's up to me to quit cigs. Not so hard to quit. So far it's been impossible to stay quit. I stay so depressed. This disease has control of what I can do now. Is the turbo the same as a spacer? The device I use is called a spacer.You fit the inhaler into it and inhale slowly. If it makes a whistling noise, you are inhaling too hard,
