Hi all. I met once with my pulmonologist. On that visit he gave me my diagnosis (Asthma COPD overlap syndrome (ACOS)), prescibed 6 days of prednisone (no fun) and started me on Adavair and singulair. I was in such shock that my brain went bye-bye and I could not think of any questions. I have a check-in coming up and want to be prepared this time. Any suggestions for questions I should ask? Thank you in advance.

I had a bad reaction to the flu jab
I’m chemically sensitive so I don’t take any of the jabs not even the Covid jab
I would have the sea and beaches I have the opportunity to travel in the next year. What would be some suggestions for places to travel with COPD I have moderate copd and am on oxygen at night.
I live in Canada and would be flying out of Calgary.
Would love to hear of any semi-tropical or sea side places I could visit.

I have emphysema
I only use it when I have infections and flare ups, which seems to be a lot lately.

Both are shots to help prevent pneumonia and I think anyone with COPD would be wise to ask their Dr about these

I do, it would be hell to get the flu or Covid with already having a hard time breathing. Too many complications can take over.
