I would have the sea and beaches I have the opportunity to travel in the next year. What would be some suggestions for places to travel with COPD I have moderate copd and am on oxygen at night.
I live in Canada and would be flying out of Calgary.
Would love to hear of any semi-tropical or sea side places I could visit.

Hi everyone. I need some advice from you good people. A lot of people who have COPD seem to lose weight. No energy to cook, etc. I have the opposite problem. Along with the COPD, I also have an incisional hernia that I've named "Artie". He's kinda like the thing that sticks out of my stomach like in the movie "Alien". Put some Olbas Oil on a tissue to breath in. Hope that helps. also use and extra pillow so you are not flat, just prop yourself up a bit more
