I have used Pro Air or Ventolin for quite some time as back up inhalers when I over do.
Have used respiclick for a few years . It is just another brand of albuterol.
In your experience, what frequency has been more effective for your breathing?
I would not care how often just as long as I am able to breath that’s I think most important.
Have the same problem. My palliative care person told me to use Flonase according to directions. I’m voice isn’t perfect, but it’s better.Give it a try!
Two nubulizer medicines, two inhalers plus’s oxygen when I’m on the move .also emergency inhaler as needed .
Inhalers should always be checked prior to use, but sometimes that step is skipped. The results can be scary.
I have not had that experience however, I inhaled while taking a vitamin. Very scary I called EMT’s by the time they got to my house it had started to dissolve. I coughed all day.
What did you do?
Can you give me a name of an inhaler that you use and like, I have to get another one from my doctor. I tried spiriva respimat, but it was top strong and it made me cough, I also tried advair, but that made my throat sore and my voice hoarse, so can someone tell me about the inhaler that they use....Thanks
I use trelegy. It seems to work but 1st fill to meet deductible is over $500!! Then it is 44$ a month. Yikes!
I have emphysema
I only use it when I have infections and flare ups, which seems to be a lot lately.
I would have the sea and beaches I have the opportunity to travel in the next year. What would be some suggestions for places to travel with COPD I have moderate copd and am on oxygen at night.
I live in Canada and would be flying out of Calgary.
Would love to hear of any semi-tropical or sea side places I could visit.
Get a portable O2 machine that has a battery with a long life mine has 10 hours and i've travelled with it No problems
All too confusing! Am currently using Tudorza and rescue inhaler. Inhaler costs on Medicare seem cost prohibitive. Any info would be appreciated!
