i am finding i have no strengh in my arms and not much in my legs, i thought some sort of exercise might help..
My doc told me that walking was the very best exercise of all for the legs. Also while sitting in a chair - lift your legs alternately as if you're marching.
Does anyone else have problems with restless leg syndrome? Any suggestions would be appreciated because it is driving me crazy. It happens every night when I go to bed.

I have emphysema
I only use it when I have infections and flare ups, which seems to be a lot lately.
I would have the sea and beaches I have the opportunity to travel in the next year. What would be some suggestions for places to travel with COPD I have moderate copd and am on oxygen at night.
I live in Canada and would be flying out of Calgary.
Would love to hear of any semi-tropical or sea side places I could visit.
Get a portable O2 machine that has a battery with a long life mine has 10 hours and i've travelled with it No problems

I am in severe stage copd. I have always been warm blooded but My hands and feet seem to be cold quit often. At times I just can't get warm. Anyone else experience this problem? What causes this?
Invest in Bambillo bedding. Bamboo cotton sheets, pillowcases, and a Bambillo undersheet topper, or a merino wool undersheet topper with electric blanket. They're very good investments!
Help me I walk very slow. Any walking is better than no walking and the more I walk faster I can get is not a real fast pace, but it’s better than crawling peace be with you at this time of year.
